    <description>&lt;P&gt;A person would not be able to gain access to your account from the base serial number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What I recommend , as with these cases , &lt;STRONG&gt;is to change you account password RIGHT AWAY&lt;/STRONG&gt;.... that would stop anyone if they had it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Someone is accessing my home, even though I have the cameras armed.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an ongoing problem with an individual coming into my home, even though I have armed the camera's.&amp;nbsp; I am at a loss as to how he is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;able to do this and no one has been able to come to my aid.&amp;nbsp; I found a box for an Arlo camera in my home, but the camera was removed.&amp;nbsp; Could&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he be using this to get in.&amp;nbsp; He would have the base station ID number and Model number because he has entered my home when I am not here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the Arlo app on my 'phone.&amp;nbsp; Could he be using geofencing to get in.&amp;nbsp; I don'tunderstand the whole concept of geofencing.&amp;nbsp; I obviously&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;need some help with this,, because this individual is scary to me.&amp;nbsp; He is also able to bypass mym alarm system.&amp;nbsp; Any help youj can give mem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
