1 Arlo Camera of two always goes offline

Hi,

I just bought the Arlo Security cam Duo (2 camera's and base station)

1 camera works just fine, the other camera, just 1 meter farther from the base station always goes offline.

It only comes back online if I bring the camera inside and re-synch with the base station.

Do I have a faulty camera?

If I can't get this fixed, I'll return everything to the store and get a refund.

Meanwhile I tried to reset it and suddenly the battery dropped to 60%!

Now the camera is 20cm from the base station, kept working for 10 minutes and is now offline...

It sounds like either a bad camera or batteries. Try swapping batteries to see if there's a difference. If not, swap at the store or open a case using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

I tried that, I just send it back to the store.

Makes me question about Netgear's QC...

Especially for a model of camera that set you back a good $350

They are going to send me a new one, but I have to pay the shipping fee, and have to wait a few days.

This is very dissapointing!
