Arlo wireless camera 2 pack MOTION DETECTION RANGE

Attemting to capture/trigger motion of a vehicle coming up a drive way. Even at 100% it will not trigger motion when a truck goes up and down the drive way. For referrence the small pond is 300' from the camera. What arlo camera if any can handle this distance or do I have something configured wrong?

First we don't get to see the pic till it's approved safe by a mod....

But from you discription, No the camer will prob not detect out to 300ft.

The PIR sensor works on IR detection and for people good out to about 20+ft max... cars it will pick up farther due to the higher level of reflection of IR but not prob much over 100 ft with good conditons...( I would say more like 50ft )

Placement is also improtant that the traffic flow thru the field of view not dircectly to the camera
