Viewing Videos - Arlo Website

I used to be able to click on the llibrary and view my videos. Now I have to download each one before I am able to watch them. How can I fix this so I don't have this extra step each time I want to watch a video?

Easiest thing to try is another browser... chrome or fire fox

I only have a chromebook so can only use chrome.

Sounds like a limitation of the device or version of Chrome. First, though, try restarting the Chromebook.

I restarted the Chromebook, still will not play videos unless I download them first.

Is everything up to date (OS and browser)? When was the last time updates were installed - did the problem start then?
