VNB3000 setting up motion detection

I just set VMB30up my wirless Arlo. It is showing "live". Is there a way I can have it only on a motion dection activation?

Go to MODE

select base click if needed to show modes

Click on ARMED

the cameras are now motion activated record ( in live view screen the 'running man' over each camera should be black )
