      <description>Use the Mode tab, click on your base and verify that the Armed mode is selected. Then check the running men in the Devices tab. They should be black, not gray. Black is armed, gray is disarmed.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Adding to the comment above, this could also be due to outdated firmware. Check your firmware by navigating to Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select desired Device &amp;gt; Device Info &amp;gt; Firmware.&lt;/P&gt;
