base stataion suddently not working, only the power led lights on ,orange color. i plug many times, still only orange colour on power llights , is it broken?

Maybe, maybe not....

Try and reset the base... hold in the reset button for 10 secs till the front leds flash.

The amber power LED is a problem. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
