    <description>After reading the community threads about the base station Internet connection problems and trying several solutions listed with no positive results I seem to have stumbled on the fact that not only your email needs to be confirmed but your mobile device needs to be on the exact Wi-Fi network that your base station is on..you cannot properly set it up with your mobile device on just 4G and your router on Wi-Fi.. once you're on the same network you immediately get camera firmware and base station firmware updates and the system works perfect</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, this has been known from the start... sorry you couldn't find it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But YES, in order for the mobile device to find the base , etc they MUST be on the same network during the original setup&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After , it doesn't matter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
