&lt;P&gt;Adding to the suggestion above, the symptoms you describe often are due to WiFi interference. Consider relocating your base station and/or camera closer together, limiting (as much as possible) the proximity of other wireless devices. Do you still see the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>whats going on?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Camera has blue ,green or gray screens instead of video.Also the camera takes video and instead of &amp;nbsp;fluid (moving) video it has a freeze frame video.I'M placing the camera around 20 feet from base and using a basic router.Any help apprecaited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try and remove camera by SETTINGS&amp;gt;REMOVE DEVICE&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then open and close the battery door ( check batteries )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bring back as new and retest&lt;/P&gt;</description>
