whats going on?

Camera has blue ,green or gray screens instead of video.Also the camera takes video and instead of fluid (moving) video it has a freeze frame video.I'M placing the camera around 20 feet from base and using a basic router.Any help apprecaited.

Try and remove camera by SETTINGS>REMOVE DEVICE

Then open and close the battery door ( check batteries )

Bring back as new and retest

Adding to the suggestion above, the symptoms you describe often are due to WiFi interference. Consider relocating your base station and/or camera closer together, limiting (as much as possible) the proximity of other wireless devices. Do you still see the same behavior?
