Sounds like you have to reconsider your placement AND adjust the sense level

Since you stated that you have had it for over a year and it just happened, I doubt placement or sensitivity would have anything to do with a sudden change.

Most likely you are experiencing a bug that was recently found where the camera is being false-triggered for sounds even if audio is on or off. Netgear is working on a fix for it: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Pro/Detecting-audio-though-audio-detection-is-NOT-on/m-p/1268355#M11724

Arlo Pro hasn't been available for a full year yet, it would seem the original post is referring to the original Arlo Wire-free cameras (which do not have audio).

Consider rebooting your base station along with the camera (open and close the battery compartment door).

Are you still seeing the same behavior?
