Alert on exit of zone

I tried to post earlier but it didn't appear to register. My question is a bit different. I have an escape artist dog (1 of 3) I'm looking at putting him in a tracking collar. This requires a G4 sim inserted to the tracker in his collar but not a smart phone. Can Arlo be set to let me know if this device leaves the zone?

I need to track my escape artist. He's a cunning boy. The **bleep** has been seen following trying to drag him home. Dogs are as bad as kids.
