Someone Accessing Account

Is there a setting I can use on Arlo that can notify me when someone that isn't approved to use my email and password to go on their phone and download app and use my information to spy? or history when another device logs into the account and location??

Netgear might be able to help you with the history part but in the meantime, why not change your password?

As mentioned above, if you have any reason to believe someone may be accessing your account without your permission, we strongly recommend changing your password.
