      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not necessarily but they'll need an email address to create an account for the Arlo. You'll also need access to an internet enabled ethernet port of course&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are you trying to do with the set up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
