VMB3000 BASE SHOWS CONNECTED TO INTERNET BUT PHONE SHOWS OFFLINE

My arlo base station shows I'm connected to the internet. When I use my smart phone arlo app it shows my camers offline. I have reset and synked both cameras to the base station. what can I do?

You can try various things. First, though, is to check with a browser and verify that works.

After that, you can try logging out and back into the app as well as reinstalling it.

Is there a software update for the web site that we need in order to get this base showing offline to remain on-line on the application.

No, the web site is the web site. No update is needed other than to keep the browser and Flash current.
