Hi. I'm trying to figure out how to put the Arlo file on my desktop........any help?

What I mean is, I can't find a place to download a thumbnail or shortcut for my desktop.

What are you trying to do? Do you want a shortcut in your browser? If so, go to arlo.netgear.com in your browser and then hit Ctrl+D. Place a bookmark in your toolbar and you'll have a shortcut that way

On Win 10, but similar for other versions

open the arlo web page and copy the address ( left click/drag over address, then right click copy )

Go to main blank background of your computer screen ( drop/close all prgms )

Right Click pick NEW pick SHORTCUT

Right click > PASTE address into line area, click Next

Give proper name , click Finish

Shortcut appear on main window screen that will open browser and start prgm for Arlo
