Camera will not show above 5% battery

I have one camera that will not show above 5% battery life. I verified the batteries are good with another camera and they a new batteries purchased today. I have tried to resync, power cycle and even left if shut off through the app for over an hour. Not sure what else to try.

Check the camera for the spings in the bottom where the batteries go... sometimes they get suppressed down and then don't allow good battery contact.

When installing batteries place in proper slot and let the lid push the batteries down.

Also , the batteries if new OEM should read 3.2 v and if rechargeables should be 4.2 off charge or sittings at about 4.15- 4.18

Last option is to open battery door remove cells, go to settings and REMOVE DEVICE, then bring back that camera as new with a resync.
