I just bought a new Arlo camera (I had two already installed). i followed the sycn process many times but the blue led of my new camera never appear.

Do you get a blue LED flash when the battery is installed? This should happen on either the original and Pro models (you don't specify which one you have).

yes when i installed the batteries the led appeared.

It is the normal camera, not Pro by the way

What indication from the LED shows - anything at all when trying to sync? Be sure to only press the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.

no led blinking at all on the camera.

i saw few comments on that i really just pressed the buttons without holding it both on base and camera

on the base just enough to have the proper sync led starting blinking

hope it is not the camera that is faulty 😞

It does sound like the camera is faulty. If pressing the sync button on it doesn't get you a slow flashing blue LED, it's bad. Swap at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
