Arlo trying to look at recordings

I am trying to look at my recordings from yesterday how do i go in to the cloud to look i have gone in to library but it only shows 10 second recordings of maybe every 5 min need help please as need to see what was going on in my shop today please help

It depends on how you've set up your cameras. If they're set to record for only 10s each time motion is detected, that's all they will record. The library IS your cloud storage. If there recordings aren't there, they're not elsewhere.

You may want to familiarise yourself with the various modes, custom modes, camera rules, motion trigger sensitivity, recording time settings etc to optimise the performance of these cameras.

If you were expecting to having full time recording, you may have chosen the wrong camera system for your needs

Have a read through the manual to get a better idea of how everything works
