Cannot adjust record time.

I have the wireless version and the firmware number is 1.7.8_7427 , hardware version is VMB3010R2.
I have tried just about everything to find where to extend recording time. I have tried opening the app, then mode, them armed, then was told to look for the pencil next to "record video". Problem is there is no "record video". I have looked everywhere and cannot find any way to adjust the recording time when motion has been detected. Can someone please tell me where it is because mine records at the minimum amount.

Mode tab, click on your base, edit any mode using the pencil icon.

"Record Video" is located within the rules for each camera.
