Hello Arlo support!

One of my three cameras have turned into pink. I have restarted central unit and also switch off/restart camera.

Those actions did not help, picture is still pink.

The system is about 5 months old

Can't tell which model you're refering to by the serial number. But I suggest remove & replace the battery/batteries to reset the camera, rather than switching it off/on

Pull and replace the batteries and test... if it continues, contact Netgear Support as it may be a hardware issue
