    <description>First, what are the LEDs on the base showing? Any amber ones are a problem. The switchover could be the cause - who owns your modem and router? Some ISPs have configurations that block Arlo so they have to set that up if it's their equipment.  Have you power cycled the base and opened and closed battery doors? Also, be sure to try both the app and a browser to see if only one has the issue.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;OUR BATTERIES WENT DEAD AND WE REPLACED THEM BUT CANT GET THEM WORKING. IT SAYES THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. WE SWITCHED INTERNET COMPANYS NOT SURE IF THAT MATTERS. SHOULDI DELETE THEM OFF AND INSTALL LIKE THEY ARE NEW&lt;/P&gt;</description>
