I'd do a battery pull reset on the camera that has the old firmware and perhaps it'll update.

If you're getting motion detection push notifications but no recording and no emails, check the rules for the cameras in the mode you're in. Perhaps somewhere along the way, the rules or mode have been changed

Bought one camera system worked great.

Bought four more cameras all worked good.

Was leaving town for a month so subscribed to the 60 day service.

System continued to work until the moment I left town.

Get back no recordings in library.

Now, cameras detect motion, phone app notifies me of motion, no email notification, no recordings in library.

Manual recordings appear in library.

Read solutions about updating firmware but when I go to settings I have no option to manually update firmware.

Just device info.

My firmware numbers are base station 1.4.2695

First camera I bought 1.2.2688

The other four cameras 1.2.4941

Submitted question to support weeks ago with no responce.

Please help.

hartley,

The symptoms you describe often are due to outdated firmware. The firmware versions you mention above are all old.

Normally, firmware updates are automatic and do not require any additional steps to complete.

Who is your ISP and what are your upload and download speeds? The firmware update may be failing to complete due to poor internet speeds.
