    <description>The amber power LED is the issue. Unplug the base and try again - it has to be green or all bets are off. If still no good, you can try a reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, about 10 seconds or so. If that fails, too, either swap the system at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.</description>
