Camera offline...after countless gruelling hours here in the forum, re-doing and re-doing, I finally called in. 2 minutes problem solved. I could not resync after changing batteries. For me the answer was to do a double sync press on the sync button on the base unit and a double press on the sync button on the camera. This is instead of what it says in my instructions a single press. Voila...I'm on line again. Hope this helps someone.

First time I've heard of a double press on the sync buttons. Glad it worked!

Amazing. I've been having too many issues of late and fumbling about for resolution. My last attempt at trying to get some consistency to connection resulted in multiple cameras 'offline'. Couldn't get these back online. Saw this post . . . . tried it . . . and voila! It worked!

Rather novel answer that with security system you wouldn't think would be the answer, but nevertheless . . . it worked.
