Base station , Model VMB3000 Sync light not coming on

Just out of Box I get 2 left site lights are green, is linked to iPhone and I see the base unit on my phone.

But when I press the Sync button the sync light dose not come on, after around 15 sec my USB light fare right site starts flashing.

wolfbaden,

You should press and release the sync button. If the LED furthest to the right on the base station starts flashing, you have held the sync button too long. A quick press and release will cause the camera LED to start flashing, allowing you to sync cameras.
