How do I connect a replacement base station?

please send me Step by step instructions on how to connect up a replacement base station to the arlo system as well as the cameras

You didn't provide a lot of detail so I'm assuming you had a system and had the base station replaced.

First, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Then use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. That's it.
