    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my name is Harold and I just bought the VMS 3430 ARLO wireless cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to set the system up for over a week now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I get the message "Unable to claim...", then i reset the netgear router, and I get the error 'check that your device is powered on and connected to the internet'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please how do i sort this out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Contact Support link at the bottom here would likely be quite useful.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you reset the base, did you hold it until the LEDs flashed amber? Have you turned the base off and back on? &amp;nbsp;WHat LEDs are lit and what colors are they on the base? &amp;nbsp;Are you using the app or a browser? Have you tried the other one in case there's an issue with the one you tried?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
