Actually Roger it was an issue with the camera and had absolutely nothing to do with interference. If you think about it if there was nothing interfering with it for a year and one didnt move it to a new location the thought that interference is the blame makes no sense. The problem was actually a result of the camera not updating proberly after they pushed out an update, so had to return the camera and they shipped me another one...havent had anymore problems

Ive had my camera/base in the same location for 18 months or more with no problems. However, over the last couple of days the camera keeps going offline. Ive changed batteries, restarted system, synced and resynced, all to noavail. Its not my internet because no other devices are affected?. I called the customer support # and it said my hold timas was GREATER than 60 (yes SIXTY) minutes.

Sometimes there is other new interference ( neighbor with new wifi , etc ) or a camera may start to go weird...

Reset the camera by opening and closing the battery door and swap the "troubled" cam with another in the same location. See if the problem follows the camera. If it does, warranty is a year.

Trying to get support via phone on NY day...surprized it was that short.. Support is also by email or html entry

My 4 camera setup has been up also over a year and is doing the same thing as yours . I have done the same things you have with the batteries and re-synching them but to no avail. they work for a week or so then back to the same ol same old...what gives is there a new bug or fix needed apparently this is going on with more people and should be addressed . the changing of bateries was bad enough now i have to get the ladder out every week to re-synch not fun ...lmk if you get a fix that works..

It sounds like poor signal strength due to range or interference could be causing an issue. Try temporarily relocating your base station/cameras so that they are closer together (avoiding nearby wireless devices as much as possible) to further isolate the issue. Do you see the same behavior?
