Do you get longer recording times with the premier account?

the cloud storage is for longer period of time, but max recording length is still 120 sec except for manual recordings which still time out at 30 minutes

I had the basic subcription which just gave me 10 seconds of recording, I just upgrade to the Premier plan. So now I will have 120?

No. You can increase the recording length of any or all cams to 120 sec in the basic plan by adjusting the length in modes.

There have been numerous posts recently on the step by step. If you can't find, I can post again.

Someone please help me I'm new to this I just am on the basic plan currently I want to upgrade to the premier plan what exactly do I need to do to upgrade to the premier plan cannot find a link or an upgrade button or anything I'm trying to run more than five cameras but I have two bases

log into your account using a web browser on your pc

go into settings/subscription.
