Check out the FAQs. In short, use the Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes - all settings are in the individual camera rules there. Better yet, check out the Armed mode but create your own custom modes so you have complete control.

Again, check the FAQs. When you click on the Mode tab, what do you see? Should be your base or your camera, if it's a Q camera. Click on it and you'll see the default modes of Armed and Disarmed as well as the schedule. Edit the Armed mode using the pencil or > icon on the right side. In there are your rules for each camera. Edit those and change settings, being sure to save at any opportunity.

Your base doesn't show in your modes - the cameras do.
