Arlo cameras offline

Both cameras suddenly went offline. After adding them again, Add Device screen will not go away. How to return to working order? Thank you for your help.

Power cycle the base and open and close the battery doors. If that doesn't help, tell us what the LEDs on the base are showing. You may need to factory reset and start fresh.

my 3rd camera went offline, I recycled my router, arlo base, tried to re-sync my 3rd camera again and the amber light comes on afterwards. HELP! thanks

WHen syncing, be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it. If that fails, the fastest thing to try is to reset the base and start fresh. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Did you get all cameras connected?
