    <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with Streak2. &amp;nbsp;If the power cycle of the router and base doesn't give you a green LED for the Internet, you'll likely need to contact Comcast so they reconfigure the router to allow access to arlo.netgear.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo will not work after router firmware update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cable company (Comcast) had a firmware (Cisco) update on their router and now my Arlo Wire-Free Base station will not work. I can't get it to sync even though the wifi icon it lit up. When I hit the "searching for your device" the base station is not being picked up. &amp;nbsp;Can someone help me?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the base connected directly to your router by ethernet cable, the power internet and camera lights should all turn green a couple of minutes after powering it up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are all of them green?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried restarting your Cisco router and the base?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
