Replaced batteries and cannot see picture

Dear All,

I am a relatively new yser. I installed five Arlo cameras to the Base Station with no problem.

However, one of the more actvie camera's needed its battries replaced. I carried out the replacement in line with ther instrucxtion.

When the unit powered on again, the name of the camera was remembered. However, despite being able to see that the camera is connected to the Base station, it cannot display an image. I can perform a motion detection test, but cannot use the position setting image function or look at a live picture.

I have termoved the batteries overnight, I have removed and added the device completely.

There appears to be no firm ware to update either. So after looking and tring all things considered, I am still not having any luck.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the camera and resync it.
