Cameras offline

Hi,

My cameras are off line 2 days now. I have good bateries, all synchronized, all led lights are green. Checked all advices from this site, did reset all devices several times, still offline....

If may have been from the outage two days ago or the sw updates pushed out...

You may have to REMOVE DEVICE for each camera and bring back as new

Define reset. If you used the rest button, you must remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.

For clarity, we shouldn't say reset except when the reset button is pressed.

Do the old hubs work any better? I can get one if they work.

I can't say I noticed a difference. I'd guess the Pro base is better due to upgraded components.
