      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a refurbished system in Dec 2016.&amp;nbsp; When I went to register it, I found I couldnt because it still was registered to the previous owner.&amp;nbsp; I had to email proof of ownership to Netgear before they cleared previous owner and then I could register, so I'd say issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
