      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cameras went offline when we had a power outage in a vacation home. &amp;nbsp; I had a neighbor go in and reset base station and sync cameras. &amp;nbsp;The cameras are detecting motion and recording which I can see on the app. &amp;nbsp;However when I try to watch live the message comes up that my cameras are offline. &amp;nbsp;I tried logging out and back in to the app and also rebooted my phone...still no live camera.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you tried a browser, too? If that works, maybe reinstalling the app might help. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd suggest that you use a UPS/battery backup for the modem,router and base to prevent this from happening again.</description>
