    <description>&lt;P&gt;We bought the set with 2 cameras. 1 camera stopped recording in night vision (it would record but was completley black) and then it went offline. It just keeps saying offline and won't record. I thought the hardware was always under warranty, but when I try to contact support it takes me to the page where you have to pay $50 to phone support. Any idea how I can get this camera fixed or replaced without having to pay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;phone support is free for first 90 days, so assume you've had system for more than 3 months?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the bottom of this page is a contact support button with links for (free) chat and email support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried opening and reclosing the problem cam's battery door to reset it?&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't work have you tried deleting it from your base station and then resyncing it to add again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
