    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem, when i want to register my new FVS318N&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone help me ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just bought a new arlo 2 security camera system and when I tried to register it I got a message "the serial&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;number has already been registered in our system by a support representative."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;serial number 48946A7UB4208&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you bought refurbished (or used), it could still be registered to previous owner- that's what happened in my case.&amp;nbsp; Had to email support proof of purchase and they cleared record for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
