Arlo app always shows Add Device

I had to replace the camera batteries and then resync the cameras using the Arlo app. Both cameras appear to sync based on the instructions but when i click finish the arlo app just displays Add Device.

I have unplugged the base station, waited about 5 minutes and then plugged it back in. Resynced both cameras again with same results.

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

First, always verify with a browser, too. I'll guess the app is having an issue so try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If still an issue, what does a browser do? Also, what LEDs are lit on the base and what colors?
