Deleting files from My Arlo accound

My account says one of my cameras has 260+ videos stored and cant find them. I would like to delete all ...

Also I would like to empty my trash can or deleted vids... is there a way to do this??

You go into the LIBRARY and hit select , then if all select ALL

then go to the trash can at bottom to delete.

Anything in your recycle doesn't count against your total storage, and will be auto deleted by house-keeping in a week or two ( you can't delete it )

thank you for the kudo...

just be aware this thread is is from 2015. There no longer is a recycle bin and tho the listing/info still show a 1Gb limit for Basic accounts, this is not enforced... Only the number of cameras dictate the service level.
