    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You can not use the base as a router...there is no password for the bases.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The bases ONLY set up a wifi network to allow the cameras to connect ( no other devices )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I get the message that it is unable to claim this device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought this used and it won't hook up through the app or my computer...the base station shows up on mynetworks but I can't get into it as it needs a password...did I get ripped off?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not using it as a router, I am hooking it to the router and it is showing that it is a wireless network. I try to use the app or a computer to set up the cameras and I get the message that it unable to claim this device?....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ahhh. The system base and cameras are still registered to&amp;nbsp;the original purchaser's&amp;nbsp;account. You need to call Netgear and they will have you provide proof of purchase and other info so then you can 'claim' the devices for your own Arlo&amp;nbsp;account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As to the other, sorry, but read this &lt;STRONG&gt;("the base station shows up on mynetworks but I can't get into it as it needs a password")&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; as you were trying access the base router itself&lt;/P&gt;</description>
