Base station discovery field

Hi
I add the base station to my iPhone and 2 arlo cameras.
I remove the cameras and I delete the base station from my user and I try to add this base station again to another account.
But I can't . I get discovery field.
Why?

The base MUST be remove from the old account before used in another

Go back and confirm that you used REMOVE DEVICE under the base settings with the old account

Of course I deleted , and then did Reser To the base station
