Try removing the base station from Settings > My Device > select the base > Remove Device. This will automatically factory reset, after the device is removed, log back into your account and add the base station back to your account using the "Add Device" button on the Devices page and proceed with syncing cameras. Does this resolve the issue?

I have beenusing Arlo for about 2 years. One day last week my modes disappeared and the cameras stopped recording. I have tried several times to go back and reset the modes with no lunch. It just sits there and grinds with "please wait", it never allows me to choose "+Add". I have tried this from more than one desktop with no lunch. I have attached a screen shot of what it does.

My cameras have Firmware 1.2.10342

Help! I don't like my cars sitting outside with no coverage. We have been having some teenagers break into cars in my area. Any help will be greatly apprecaited. Thanks.

Try resetting the camera. Press the reset button until the LED flashes amber and resynchronize.
