How can you sell a product in Australia withou the recharge accessory?

One battery costs $15!! I want my money back, this is bad customer service and false advertising, you should be ashamed.

I think you're being unfair.

The Arlo Pro is advertised with rechargeable battery, not the Arlo

There are many who advertise offering rechargeables for the Arlo, but many won't work, so Netgear investigated and advises the Tenergy )but not all Tenergy CR123A) offers one that works wekll.

Its not Netgear's fault its not availabe in Australia

Hi, you advertise and sell a product under the Netgear name, but you do not make a compatible battery charger availabel in Australia, how is that fair to the Australian customers? You canlt have"Netgear" splashed all over teh product, and then say "it is not your fault". Why am I being unfair if I complain that you do not have your charging accessories aivailable in Auatralia? Ans who are you to critisize me like this? Unreal!!

Only 1 or 2 battery chargers, so I have to spend extra time swapping batteries around for the rest of my life becuase you do not care about your Autralian customers, and if the camera breaks you are going to tell me that the charger is not compatible tright? And my warranty will be void right?

I am sorry, I really think it is quite expensive to keep the Arlo camera running due to the cost of batteries. They does not last 4 month.

JH1234567 thats where rechargeable batteries come in. Hopefully the approved Tenergy batteries soon become available in countries other than the USA and Canada (although some people have posted success with other rechargeables available in their country)
