moving up in service plans in Chile

I can´t move up to a service plan that will allow me to use more than 5 cameras at the same time.

I have 4 Pro cams and 4 regular Arlos. I have two base stations (a Pro and a regular one). They were all purchased in Miami and I live in Chile (which is where I am trying to have it all work).

What am I not doing correctly?

Higher plans may not be supported there... not sure, If basic only the limit is 5 cameras ( no limit on bases )

You need to set up two accounts with different user/pw and then share one account back to the other ( SETTINGS>GRANT ACCESS )

All will show up with one sign-in ( not 100% admin on second set of cams but close enough )
