      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reset the system but still shows as video taken but no video shows + there is no one to contact via phone to help with this .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see other poeple have had this problem and I'm not sure if its been fixed. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for the info turns out it was a date issue , just had to click on the time zone and reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
