We've had the original Arlo for about 6 mounths and have always had the record time set for 1 minute. Now it has a mind of its own and the record times vary i.e. 23 sec, 28 sec, 40 sec, 32 sec etc. How can I stop this?

Tried the on/off recycle as recommended. Didn't help. The record time set for 60 sec still doesn't matter. we get recordings as short as 11 sec. alternatly 22 sec, 48 sec etc. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help.
