Arlo When I go to settings, system is greyed out

The user manual says to go to settings - system - preferances. When I go to settings, system is greyed out.

Also, how would I write a rule to trun on the infrared ONLY at night and during motion?

Power button reboot your base unit....

IR settings are SETTINGS>MY DEVICES > pick camera > edit > VIDEO SETTINGS > toggle off/on

As a rule you don't need to do above... the IR illuminators when toggled on will only come on at Night ( when light levels are low ) and then only when a trigger event ( recording ) or manual live view..

PS, the cameras also turn to B/W when light levels fall
