Grant Access Grayed Out

Just set up my system with basic service plan. I click on grant access in the app and everything on right side is grayed out. Not sure how to get this operative.

Please ignore, figured it out 😕

Same problem. What is the solution. Ticked all boxes. Email adress enter in red font and dialogue box does not respond

Red font for the email address indicates an issue with that address (a space?). Correct the address and try again. It has to turn black to be accepted.
