      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got a new arlo 3 camera wireless and followed the set up directions. &amp;nbsp;Neither my phone or computer will sync, what am I doing wrong? &amp;nbsp;P.S. I am on the computer typing this that is also connected to the same wifi as the arlo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I first followed the directions the first 3 lights went green. &amp;nbsp;But my phone would not discover, so I came up to my pc which is on the same wifi and same thing, &amp;nbsp;So I went back down and went through the directions again and nothing discovered. &amp;nbsp;So I went through the reset process, about 10 times now and even as far as to use another ethernet cable I have here. Tried moving to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 spots on the wifi box. &amp;nbsp;Nothing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;Took batteries out of cameras to try it all again. &amp;nbsp;Now the first 2 lights are green but still not discoverable&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok... first try to power cycle the base by the on-off button... and then sync a camera if you can discover it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If NG ( not sure what reset you did ) the do a full reset of the base and start as if new ;&amp;nbsp; Hold reset in with paperclip for about ten secs til the fro leds all flash amber...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start over as if all new.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need the power -internet to be green ( left two ) before you can move on usually&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;( the PC is also usu easier as it eliminates another part )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a ps.. are you using bitdefender as an antivirus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After an hour on the phone with customer service I am happy to report that I am up and running. &amp;nbsp;They had to reset everything on the cameras. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for the help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
